The Eyes of the LORD

Does God have eyes, ears and a face as Psalm 34 says? I would like to think so. I would like to think that my Father in heaven has sparking eyes as He bends down, hearing me with a face full of love and understanding.
Are His eyes on me because of my righteousness? God wants us to keep our tongue from evil, not speaking deceitfully. Let's depart from evil, and do good, let's seek peace and run after it. This then is the righteousness that the eyes of God are looking for.
Will the LORD hear me when I cry out? Will He deliver me from my troubles? Yes, He will. The LORD is near to us who have a broken heart. A heart wanting to do what is right even though we don't always understand how. He will save us because of our repentant spirit. Oh what promises we have in God's Word. Let us see with our eyes and listen with new ears so our LORD's face will always be focused on us.
Psalm 34:13-18
Keep your tongue from evil,
And your lips from speaking guile.
Depart from evil, and do good;
Seek peace, and pursue it.
The eyes of the LORD are on the righteous,
And His ears are open to their cry.
The face of the LORD is against those who do evil,
To cut off the remembrance of them from the earth.
The righteous cry out,
And the LORD hears,
And delivers them out of all their troubles.
The LORD is near to those who have a broken heart,
And saves such as have a contrite spirit.
